Horned Rat VII Race Breakdown

The list for Horned Rat have been checked and will be posted out to the participants this evening - and also up onto this site.

The race breakdown is as follows:

  • Dwarfs - 6
  • Wood Elves - 3
  • Beastmen -3
  • Warriors of Chaos - 3
  • Tomb Kings - 2
  • Dark Elves - 2
  • Empire - 2
  • Skaven - 2
  • Vampire Counts - 1
  • Daemons of Chaos - 1
  • Orcs & Goblins - 1
  • High Elves - 1
  • Lizardmen - 1
The interesting thing is that approximately 25% of the field have been seduced by the lure of extra points and a similar number by Dwarfs.

I suspect the WoC and Empire lists will fight it out.

  1. Huzzah! The Dwarf "hobbiest" can be segregated into their own mini side event tournament while the rest of us have fun getting shot to bits by the Woodies #bandwagon :P

    1. Yaay more Wood Elves than both the Dark and High elves combined! We truly are the most popular elves. Also 3 beastmen? This should be fun

    2. Rex that's and equal number of Wood Elves to High & Dark combined.
I know that the schooling system is non existent in tree huggers land but the least you could do would be to count acorns...
Anyway we all know from experience that the first time the tree fairies partners ask them to bathe will be the last time they use them

    1. Good to see the fellow dawi turnout! Alas, my throng can only muster 1 Organ Gun and 5 Gyrocopters, the gold reserves must be getting low.

  3. Hang on I'm worried now, are we the new power army? Being the most numerous are big (HA HA) things expected of us? There are 3 Dwarf players from the Manawatu coming who are the other 3, have people being fleeing the safety of Daemons and Skaven for the lure of our more glamorous and complicated play style?

    1. What it means is all weekend you will all end up playing each other in your own underground tournament whilst all the real warhammer players have fun. (out of sight, out of mind)
I wonder if all that wining and grumbling will cause an earthquake?

  6. I'm hearing a lot of whining coming from the non-Dwarf players, as usual, not much from the Dwarves. Pot, kettle, black etc.....

Either way, it'll be another great tournament, really wish I could be there. Good luck everyone.

    3. "FYI my list is flith lol"

Hamish, there was never any doubt about that.

BTW, I hope those stunties with their Armour Piercing GWs give your 1+ armour a damn good seeing to, six-of-the-best, trousers down.

    8. Sam and Neil must be loving it. No Bretts, Ogres or Chaos Dwarfs. Three of the worst matches for Tomb Kings

    9. "Chivalry and Honour are difficult concepts for you Sam?"

Neil, this should be less of a question and more of a statement... Just sayin' ;-)
