If you ordered the electronic version from Mantic Digital, the full "bells and whistles" publication is available now. You should have received notification from Mantic but if not go check your library at Mantic Games.
Previously only the Early Release pdf has been available. For those in New Zealand I understand Mighty Ape have received delivery of physical copies. Therefore if you have pre-ordered one should be winging its way to you as you read this. If you haven't ordered I expect that they will have stock on hand.
